Cara Bibbiani leads global HR Mergers and Acquisitions, driving Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s targeted use of M&A as a strategic growth lever to not only gain valuable IP, but also critical new talent for the edge-to-cloud, platform-as-a-service company.

Through her experienced team of HR Integration Project Managers, Acquired Employee Data Managers, and Strategic Consultants for Total Rewards, Onboarding, Change Management, and Culture & Experience, Cara delivers people integration strategies and solutions from pre-LOI through Business Day 1. Current focus areas include the shift to end-to-end virtual integrations in a COVID era, and positioning people issues and culture integration as key drivers of acquisition success over and above deal financials.

Since joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2016 as part of the MBA Emerging HR Leaders Program, Cara has led acquired employee experience efforts for more than 15 acquisitions, spin-mergers, and divestitures, including the most recent integrations of Cray and Silver Peak. She has also headed up Strategy and Operations for 275+ Global Sales HR Business Partners and HR consultants at country level across global business units and functions, as well as supported company-wide global optimization initiatives and large-scale transformation efforts such as HPE Next.

Cara holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Global Management from UCLA Anderson, where she also earned distinction as class commencement speaker, Global Access Fellow, and Vice President of Women’s Business Connection. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Operation Second Chance, a charity dedicated to wounded, injured and ill combat veterans and their families.

José Pires serves as the Global Excellence & Innovation (E&I) Leader for Andeavor Corporation, where he oversees the global identification, prioritization and execution of mission critical business improvements and innovations that add value to the company, business partners and external clients in multiple markets.

Prior to his current role, Pires held Excellence and Innovation leadership positions in large, global companies in the electronics (Sony), semiconductor (Cymer-ASML), food (Nestlé) and infrastructure (Black & Veatch) industries. Throughout his career, Pires developed and refined E&I as an award winning program for innovation, leadership development, strategy execution and value creation globally.

Pires is an advisory board leader and keynote speaker for several global conferences on innovation, operational excellence, leadership development, strategy execution, business transformation, customer engagement and growth acceleration.

He holds a Bachelor in Engineering Physics from the University of Kansas and a Master in Business Administration focused in Investment Banking and Entrepreneurship from the University of San Diego.

Dr. Marlene Kolodziej is a recognized leader in the development and implementation of customer-focused transformative technology and support solutions, with over three decades of experience in end-user, infrastructure, network, data center, programming/development, and applications experience. Formerly the Assistant Vice President of End User Services for Northwell Health, Marlene has recently taken over as Vece President Cetralized Services for Ricoh USA.

Dr. Kolodziej has broad industry experience, including chemical, publishing, finance, data retention and storage, and healthcare, with a focus on leading and directing global technology and business teams to implement innovative client support solutions that increase standardization, strengthen the organization, and decrease maintenance costs. She has provided strategic worldwide client support services, call center, operations, disaster recovery, and infrastructure management, with a focus on driving operational excellence to ensure that service levels and performance are met or exceeded.

Dr. Kolodziej holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, and has both her Masters and her Doctorate in Business Administration.

As a Change Management expert, he is professionally activ with Prosci and is on the Board of Directors for the the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

Serving as a consultant and an employee within companies, DoFlo has 15+ years of experience leading transformations, change readiness, user experience, communications, training, continuous improvement, project management, data analysis, and sustainment strategies. Douglas has also created Centers of Excellence and led tailored workshops to support the unique needs of organizations along their Change Management journey. America.

A frequent speaker, Lee has held global ecommerce leadership, consulting and innovation strategy executive roles at J&J, Accenture, Bed Bath & Beyond e-Retail, The Research Board think-tank, and successful-exit digital; social; analytics; media and e-commerce startups.
